About Us
Like so many small food businesses, ideas and innovation come from necessity and personal experience.
We are a tight family of chicken chefs, Asa (the good looking one) and Imran (the boy) and Grandpa, Major Noor and the grandson Abbas.
We are obsessed with taste and quality and have always strived to hand make our sauces. Our recipes are a closely guarded family secret and several have been inspired by our ancestor, Major Noor.
Grandpa Noor was a Major in the British Indian Army. Legend has it that wherever he travelled with his regiment he would crave his homeland's sauces and pickles but he could never find anything exactly like them. We’ve recreated his favourites and our customers love them so much we said “You know what? we should bottle our recipes!”
