Major Noor’s Chilli Mint Sauce
You have tried our sauces in our Rooster Shack resturants but did you know that these sauces were actually inspired by our grandpa Noor. Grandpa Noor was a Major in the British Indian Army. Legend has it that wherever he travelled with his regiment he would crave his homeland’s sauces and pickles but he could never find anything exactly like them. We’ve recreated his favourites and our customers love them so much we said “You know what? we should bottle our recipes!”
